I really shouldn't be sitting here at home...I really should be driving 45 minutes to pic up books for school...and get a new financial aid package...but I'm not doing any of that. I'm going to sit here at home, by myself, and relax. I might work out...ok, I will work out. I've been doing really well. I've only missed 8 days in the last month. I can see many changes in my body and it feels great! I haven't felt this healthy in a very long time...since before Roxy was born. I will never look back, I refuse to gain back all the weight I've lost. I've done that before and it doesn't feel very good. I've worked to hard to give it up.

I was thinking of starting to run in addition to my daily workout. I was going to start today but it's now raining, so maybe another day, lol.

Working Out. I have started getting back into the habit of working out, and the more I work out- the more weight I lose, then the better I feel. Quitting smoking was great for my lungs and my overall health, but like most people I put on weight and am slowly taking that off. It feels good to set goals and make them.

I like seeing my clothes fit better and better; I like seeing definition in my arms and muscles. I like seeing sweat our out on the treadmill. Like I tell people, “I have mountains to climb…” (in reference to why I am doing it and my lifetime dreams). Hopefully I can keep this routine up and tackle a 14,000+ foot mountain in Colorado next year.
