Are Frogs A Carb?
I spend a significant amount of the time in the bathroom playing with my shower frogs. I have frogs all over my shower curtain and I have 2 bath mats shaped like frogs. I'm obsessed.
Also, I have had some terrible health issues since Christmas of the female sort. Hoping changing my nutrition would help, I woke up one day and said, "I'm so done with refined sugar. I have headaches and nausea and moodiness and cavities and obesity and menstrual issues. Cookies will not solve this!" I just woke up and decided to give Atkins a try.
It has been a week and while I have lost a few pounds, and I am still having girl problems, my moodiness, headaches, nausea, and constant hunger have vanished. I've been living on salad veggies and canned tuna and beef for a week and I just feel ...better.
